Soul of 78- Greg Williams

“I’ve been working at Carl Cannon for five years now. Before this, I sold furniture – my family owned Williams Furniture, which was in business for over 30 years. When we decided to sell the store, Mr. Cannon contacted me about coming to work for him and sell a different product – cars. I told him I wouldn’t be any good at it, but he was persistent. So, I told him I would give the car business a 3-month trial. I did, and I never looked back.

I loved the furniture business because I was able to meet so many people, make new friends. It’s the same in the car business.

My daughter Anna and I love spending time on the lake, taking the boat out together. We’re both big Alabama fans, so we enjoy going to football and basketball games together too. She works here at Carl Cannon too, so I’m lucky that I get to work with her. Being here, it’s like being a part of a family. Everyone takes care of each other, and we all look out for one another.”

  1. Greg Williams help get us the best deal on my grandson a car. We will definitely call him when we need our next vehicle. Have always purchased my cars and trucks from Carl Cannon they stand behind their warranties. I had transmission problems with my 2016 SS and they came picked it up, brought me a vehicle and had it back in less than a week. So call Greg when you need a vehicle.
