78 Magazine and Southern Orthopedic to Host Third Thursday

  Since 1984, Southern Orthopedic Sports Medicine has grown from a one-man show to an expansive five-man practice, offering services in orthopedic surgery, sports medicine, spine surgery, and on-site diagnostic imaging. 78 Magazine proudly announces Southern Orthopedic as the host of this month’s Third Thursday event on September 15th, from 5:00 PM-7:00 PM.After three successful Third Thursdays at Elizabeth Garner Interiors, Bernard’s Store for Men, and Carl Cannon Chevrolet respectively, Southern Orthopedic’s event will continue to provide a networking and social event for the Walker County community. Third Thursdays are casual and family-friendly. Guests are welcome to come and go at their convenience.The Southern Orthopedic staff is excited about the opportunity to showcase their newly remodeled lobby and office space. “We are very happy with our fresh new look that focuses on our hometown sights,” says Office Manager Sherri Pike. “We are even happier about the fact that it is more convenient for our patients.”The Southern Orthopedic segment of Third Thursday will feature local singer and performer Christian Gann. Christian performs at many restaurants in Jasper, including Warehouse 319 and Los Reyes Grill. He will be playing an exclusive acoustic show at the event.Third Thursday guests will be able to enjoy treats, including fruit and desserts, from Michelle’s Bakery and Café. The newly renovated lobby will be adorned with greenery from The Leaf and Petal.The doctors and staff of Southern Orthopedic and the staff of 78 Magazine look forward to seeing everyone at Third Thursday on September 15! 78
