78 Featured Athletes – Callie Stockman and Clay Tittle – Carbon Hill High
“The Hill,” as it is referred to, boasts a pair of star student-athletes in the 2022 senior class. Please allow us to introduce you to Callie Stockman and Clay Tittle, the 78 Magazine Featured Athletes for the week of July 5!
Here’s a little more about these two outstanding young people:
Callie Stockman
A two-sport athlete at CHHS, Callie Stockman is a member of the cheerleading squad and plays volleyball for the Bulldogs. She carries a 4.0 GPA in the classroom and is involved in Beta club, National Honor Society, Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), Key Club, and the Student Council.
After graduating in May 2022, Callie plans to go to college to become an RN. She eventually wants to continue her education and become a nurse practitioner.
Callie is the daughter of Mackey Stockman and Becky Lambert and is coached by Ross Watters (volleyball) and Kelly Tittle (cheer).
Clay Tittle
He’s quarterback for the football team, guard for the basketball team, and second baseman for the baseball team. Yes, it’s safe to say that Clay Tittle enjoys playing sports for coaches Mark Cochran, Garrett Kirkland, and new head baseball coach Blaine Eads. But he carves out time for his studies also.
The son of Jason and Kelly Tittle, Clay says his favorite subject in school is history. He’s involved in the Key Club, SGA, Beta Club, and the National Honor Society. Oh, and did we mention he has a 4.0 GPA?
Clay’s future plans involve going to college to major in secondary education. He says that he wants to one day become a teacher and a coach.
Please congratulate Callie and Clay for being this week’s 78 Featured Athletes!
