Phoenix Show Choir’s “Sing for Your Supper” event to be held at Jasper High School

Jasper High School’s first ever “Sing for Your Supper” will be held on October 24, 2022, from 6-8 p.m. in the school’s cafeteria. The event will be hosted by the Jasper Phoenix Show Choir, with catering provided by Warehouse 319. Tickets are $25 per person, and all proceeds will benefit the Phoenix Show Choir, helping with the choir’s competition expenses. Students will be waiters and waitresses, servicing the tables, and performing songs in exchange for tips.

The event was created as a fun way for students to raise funds for the Phoenix Show Choir, and it has been in the works for some time, according to Phoenix Director, Sharon Abbott. "We are ready for the community to see what we have been working on. These kids are so talented and such hard workers,” says Abbott.

The Phoenix Show Choir hopes to make Sing for Your Supper an annual event that students and members of the community can look forward to every year.
