30 Under 30: Justice Evans
Evans Welding, Justice Designs
Whether it is welding, making a design for your motorsports team, or playing a song on a guitar, Justice Evans is good with his hands.
Originally from Jasper, Justice graduated at Cordova High School. He attended Bevill State Community College before transferring to Auburn University, where he earned a bachelor’s in industrial design in 2019.
Evans Welding, located in Jasper, was founded by Justice's father, Howard Evans, when Justice was only three. Now Justice runs the whole company.
Evans Welding offers MIG (Metal Inert Gas) and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding of steel, aluminum, and stainless carbon. Justice Designs, Justice’s side business that includes designing high-performance motorsports graphics wraps, logos, and designs, is in the same building.
As if that’s not enough on his plate, Justice also wedges in time to play in a new Southern rock band, "Runaway Rhonda,” of which he is a founding member.
"The name came from when I had a rescue dog named Rhonda that I took home after it hopped into my truck," Justice reminisced. "During the time we were putting the band together, Rhonda ran away and got killed. So, I told the band this, and they said, ‘that's it. That's the band's name."
He is married to his wife, Alicia, and they have three precious girls: Brooklynn, Hazel, and Georgia.
Justice wants to expand Evans Welding throughout Alabama. He believes many others can benefit from the quality of work his business provides. 78
