Three essential qualities define Liz Barnett: an intense love of the Lord, a solid record of academic and extracurricular achievements, and a strong passion for community involvement. She hopes to exemplify all three qualities in a manner that will shape the next generation.

Liz graduated from Curry High School in 2022 with copious academic and athletic honors attached to her name and continues to uphold an excellent record of academic success and leadership at Bevill State Community College in Jasper. Following her graduation in the fall of 2023, she plans to continue her education at a four-year school, studying elementary education.

"The opportunity to teach children and bring them up in a way that glorifies God while showing them the importance of being involved in their communities and taking pride in their schoolwork is very important to me," she says. "My parents and so many teachers in my life did that for me, and I can't wait to do it for my future students."

Liz strives to exemplify leadership and a commitment to her faith in all that she does. Her achievements and dedication to her community are a testament to her unwavering passion for making a positive difference in the world. 78
